We start the tour with a tasting of typical Sintra sweets (travesseiro and Queijadas), we explore the Historic Center of this mythical village and then we will pay a visit to one of its most famous palaces, the Palácio Nacional de Sintra.

  • We continue our tour with a visit to a second palace of our choice, from among the 3 palaces available to visit: Palácio da Pena (Terraces and Gardens), Quinta and Palácio da Regaleira or Palácio de Monserrate.
  • As an alternative to visiting the second Palace, we can just enjoy the town a little more with a magnificent Port wine tasting.
  • We continue our journey to the Atlantic coast, stopping for lunch in a very special place.
  • In the afternoon, visit Cabo da Roca and the city of Cascais where you can even try the best ice cream in the city at the Santini ice cream shop.## What's included

  • Departure from Lisbon at 9 am towards Sintra, beginning of the visit with a tasting of typical Sintra sweets (Travesseiro and Queijada), exploration of the historic center of the town and visit to the Sintra National Palace, the oldest and most historic palace in Sintra.
  • After this visit we can visit a second palace according to your choice: Palácio da Pena (terraces and gardens), Quinta da Regaleira or Palácio de Monserrate.
  • All the palaces presented have magnificent lush gardens and palaces with unique architecture, presenting a great diversity of architectural styles.
  • As an alternative to visiting the second Palace, we can just enjoy the town a little more with a magnificent Port wine tasting in a typical wine shop in the center of Sintra.
  • We continue our journey to the Atlantic Coast with a stop for lunch at Guincho (fish and seafood specialty), followed by a visit to the westernmost point of Europe, Cabo da Roca.
  • Continue the road along the sea to Cascais, passing by Guincho beach and Boca do Inferno. In Cascais, enjoy one of the most beautiful bays in Europe, appreciate the architecture of the center's rich houses and palaces. Walk through the city center and stop (optional) at the most famous ice cream shop in Cascais, “Santini” to try its unique flavors.
  • Continue the journey to Lisbon along the coastal road, always next to the Tagus.## Highlights
