Gourmet Experience of Balsamic Vinegar de Modena
This Gourmet tour goes beyond traditional tasting, offering an enhanced culinary experience that includes the tasting of a Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Reserva with more than 100 years of aging.
The gastronomic journey continues with:
- A board of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (12 and 36 months), delicately served with drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar aged for 30 years.
- A plate with a selection of high-quality local cured meats, produced by the historic Villani di Castelnuovo Rangone. It includes Salame contadino, Mortadella IGP, and Ciccioli, accompanied by homemade bread.
- Fresh ricotta of the day with Saba and quinces, following grandmother Zaira's old recipe.
- A homemade sweet chocolate cake by Chef Marika, coffee, and a walnut liqueur produced with our own walnuts.
- A bottle of our Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP to drink during the tasting and perfectly complement the flavors.
- Guided visit to the vineyards, acetaia, and aging barrels.
- Tasting of traditional balsamic vinegars, including a Reserva aged for more than 100 years.
- Gourmet pairing: Parmigiano Reggiano (12 and 36 months) with drops of 30-year-old balsamic; local charcuterie; fresh ricotta with Saba; homemade chocolate cake; coffee and walnut liqueur.
