We will first discuss and adapt the menu based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions*, and the occasion. Each dish will be accompanied by an exquisite private selection of Sicilian wines.
Then, your chef and host will welcome you with an aperitif, followed by a 2-hour cooking session. You can expect to learn about the ingredients while actively preparing two delicious recipes. The menu varies by season but includes a traditional pasta dish and a dessert.
You will enjoy a relaxed and delicious dinner in a welcoming dining room with a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains of Palermo.
